Four to five pounds!!

That's all water weight, right?!  Let's hope -__-

This is what it's blamed on (according to the San Francisco Business Times):

#1.) More social gatherings.

#2.) More rich comfort foods available.

#3.) More stress.

#4.) A limited selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

#5.) Less physical activity.

I just wanna know...where is the blame on booze?  Oh, there is none?  Cool, drink up buttercup! ;)  Or at least grab some Bacardi & Diets (low-cal, low-carb, haiiiii)
