This year The Salvation Army Christmas Center is open for business!  Boomer joined Fox Charlotte and The Salvation Army to cut the ribbon on this year's Angel Tree program.  Toys have been collected since October for over 10,000 local families and over 3,000 bikes will be given away to children during the Holidays.
