Lady Gaga will release a new album in early 2013 called Artpop.  Her co-manager thinks it is good.  Vince Herbert tells MTV, “The record’s coming out really, really great. She’s just recording and trying to make sure she’s giving her fans a great, great album.”

That should surprise nobody.  Managers are supposed to promote their clients.  Herbert was also very complimentary of Gaga's tour, which will kick off in the US early next year.
