Dua Lipa is reflecting on her "little baby roles" in some recent Hollywood films.

The "Levitating" singer sat down for a new interview with Time 100 Most Influential People where she opened up about her experience filming roles in Barbie and Argylle, per People. In addition to having a song on the Barbie soundtrack, the film's first single of "Dance the Night," she had a cameo in the movie portraying Mermaid Barbie. She also appeared as a villainous character in the comedy-mystery movie Argylle. Though both were "little baby roles" that didn't have a lot of screen time, Dua still enjoyed her experience.

"I loved being on set," she said. "I love the idea of embodying a different character and having an assignment."

Though slightly different, the Grammy Award winner has experienced something similar when she has had to change up her look while doing photoshoots.

"I also love when I go to a photo shoot, and I can completely change up my look," she said. "It gives me like a different persona."

She previously spoke to Vogue ahead of Barbie's premiere last year that she "loved being in the movie because it was just so exciting to be a part of something so special like this with an incredible cast," and that she felt "lucky that [director] Greta Gerwig asked me to be the mermaid."

Her experience with the different films will likely transfer well to a new milestone she had coming up next month. Dua is getting ready to return to Saturday Night Live once again on May 4, this time to pull "double duty" as both the host and musical guest of the long-running sketch comedy show. Dua's SNL appearance comes one day after the release of her upcoming third studio album Radical Optimism, which drops Friday, May 3.
