Starbucks CEO Personally Apologizes To Two Black Men Arrested In Philly

"What happened was wrong. And we will fix it."

Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson has publicly apologized for two young black men having been unjustly arrested in one of his stores in Philadelphia. He made an appearance on Good Morning America to urge that the incident was completely inappropriate and against company guidelines. 

Johnson and Starbucks are taking full responsibility for the incident.
